I work with indigenous people in understanding historical trauma and the impact on their mental health. I am very proud to be a Taino Arawak woman and proud to be part of this community. Im also part of a international summit of indigenous/Latinx women. I practice my Taino traditions and im always seeking knowledge of our Taino beliefs,and spirituality .
